AUTOMOTIVE
QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
During the 1990’s with our OEM supply to automotive we had
procedures in place especially to meet the needs of the
customer. However the new development of an automotive specific
quality management standard in QS9000 soon changed the focus.
In addition to our third party accreditation to ISO 9001:2000
for our general business we also hold accreditation to QS9000
for our automotive customers, which was attained in August 1997.
For our Automotive customers we work with a zero defect policy,
continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction objectives
to stride to meet their high demands of quality assurance.
Mindful of our neighbours, our employees and the world we live
in, we have an environmental policy and procedures to monitor
and control the way we work whilst meeting the ever increasing
demands of health and safety in the workplace.
