PEOPLE AND
OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES
Kato Entex is an organisation
that is mindful and considerate to its neighbours and the
environment inside and outside the company. Maintaining a good
working environment, minimising noise pollution and exercising
materiel recycling whenever possible is part of our mandate.
We try to promote good employee relations in and outside the
workplace. We have supported a number of charities, both local
and national, and their promotional events. Our people have
provided much of that support through personal contribution by
participation.
Here we see photos of some of the people involved in events
like, Red Nose Day, Cancer Relief Charity Runs and Dragon Boat
Racing.

Kato-Entex has an excellent record of long serving
employees and has even had one employee who completed 50
years service with the company. Recognition of long service
has always been part of the company philosophy with a gold
watch award at 25 years. The company has as a result a “25
Year Club” where qualifying employees, working and retired,
get together every year for a dinner and to talk about times
old and new. |
