SPECIAL PACKING
Not every part we make can simply be put into a polythene bag or
a cardboard box although a significant number can of course.
We aim to find a solution to your packing needs and this will
depend on many factors.
A common problem is where parts tangle because of their
design, although in some
instances an alternative design solution can resolve this, and
we need to create a packing solution that you the customer can
use. Often packing in trays provides this solution but using
tubes, wires and straws are other possible alternatives, which
have all been used successfully. These are by no means the only
solutions that can be utilised, but they are commonly adopted. A
system of packing needs to be developed suitable for the part
and the subsequent assembly method or machinery.
For our medical and pharmaceutical customers where our product
is to be in the path of the drug we can clean, double bag and
seal within our class 10,000 cleanroom.
